Celebrating teamwork, new beginnings, and a stronger company spirit at North Victoria Sports and Leisure Inn, Tarlac.

From June 11 to 13, 2026, the Happy Hoisters team gathered at North Victoria Sports and Leisure Inn in Tarlac for a meaningful company team building centered on growth, collaboration, and renewed commitment.

This year’s theme, “Unity in Motion,” continues the spirit of last year’s “Synergy in Action.” Together, these themes reflect what Happy Hoisters stands for as a heavy equipment solutions provider: moving forward as one team, working with purpose, and delivering reliable support to the industries we serve.

The first day began with a seminar focused on the company’s new direction. It served as a reminder that every department plays an important role in keeping the company moving, from heavy equipment parts supply and technical service to sales, procurement, operations, HR, and marketing. It was also a special moment for the company as we officially debuted our new Happy Hoisters logo and uniform, marking a fresh chapter in our journey.

After the seminar, the team enjoyed free time around the resort. Employees were able to relax, recharge, and bond through the resort’s amenities, including the basketball court, multipurpose court, swimming pool, and billiard area. It was a good opportunity for everyone to connect outside the usual work environment and strengthen relationships beyond daily operations.

The second day was dedicated to team building activities prepared with the help of the HR and Marketing departments. The activities challenged everyone to communicate better, trust one another, think strategically, and work as a team. While the games were physically tiring, they were filled with laughter, teamwork, and valuable lessons.

More than just friendly competition, the activities reminded us of the importance of coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and accountability. These are the same qualities that help us deliver dependable heavy equipment services, spare parts support, and customer solutions to our clients. Whether in the field, in the office, or during team challenges, success is always built through cooperation and shared effort.

On the final day, the team gathered once again for a debriefing seminar. This session allowed everyone to reflect on the lessons learned from the activities and connect them to our daily work as employees of Happy Hoisters. During the debriefing, the winning teams from the team building activities were also recognized and awarded, celebrating their teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship.

The final day also included a renewal of vows as employees of Happy Hoisters. It was a meaningful closing activity that encouraged everyone to bring out their best, support one another, and continue contributing to the company’s growth. The team then capped off the experience with a fun karaoke celebration, ending the event with laughter, music, and stronger bonds.

The 2026 Happy Hoisters Team Building was more than just a company outing. It was a celebration of unity, resilience, and the people behind our work.
